The Ritual (How to Use):

Follow this method to fully integrate the grounding properties of these essential oils into your space:

• The Pause: Close your eyes and take one deep, clearing breath.
• The Mist: Hold the bottle at arm’s length and mist in a circular motion over your head and shoulders, or directly into your ritual space.
• The Inhale: As the fine mist settles, inhale slowly through your nose, visualising your energy rooting deep into the floor beneath you. Be careful not to inhale the mist droplets directly!
