Shipping policy

At Alchemilla Herbcraft, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: Local delivery.
  • United Kingdom: Dedicated shipping routes for our UK community.
  • Europe: Serving our neighbours across the EU.

Please note: Shipping to the USA is currently not available due to new import regulations.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (such as seasonal launches), processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Options

We offer both standard and tracked shipping at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: No tracking, more affordable

  • Tracked Shipping: Includes tracking number for peace of mind

Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard shipping is an affordable way to receive your rituals, but please note it does not provide a delivery guarantee. For orders over €50, we highly recommend selecting Tracked Shipping.

Estimated Windows:

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days.
  • UK: 3–7 business days.

✉️ Order Tracking

If you choose tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

📮 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Alchemilla Herbcraft is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the postal carrier.

  • If your package is missing and you selected tracked shipping, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

  • If you selected standard (untracked) shipping, we are unable to provide updates once your order has shipped.

📦 Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
