Alchemist's Shield Shower Steamers are crafted for those moments when you feel drained by your surroundings or by other people's energies. These fizzy tablets release a lightly floral and earthy mist of Geranium, Rosemary, Frankincense, and Cedarwood. In plant folklore, these four plants have been widely associated with spiritual and physical protection and grounding. We use only pure plant resins and steam-distilled oils. No synthetic musks or artificial perfumes.

The Steamy Ritual

To maximise the grounding effects of these powerful oils:

2. Place: Set one tablet on the shower floor away from the direct stream, or on a ledge near chest height.
3. Breathe: As the water activates the tablet, visualise the heavy, earthy aroma of Cedarwood and Frankincense forming a barrier around you. Inhale deeply, letting the herbal steam "wash away" the mental clutter of the day.
